Rev Philip Abraham

Greetings to all in the Resurrected Name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

It fills my heart with immense joy to welcome you to our website.

My journey with the Lord began right here in this church in June 1974, during a Vacation Bible School. It was under the guidance of the late Rev. Dr. J. Daniel that I accepted our Lord as my personal Savior. Answering the Lord’s call to full-time ministry, I pursued my theological education at Trinity Theological College, Singapore, graduating in May 1988. Serving the King of Kings has been an unparalleled joy. Our church offers a range of ministries catering to all ages, from the young to the elderly. Our worship services are vibrant and designed to glorify Him. We aspire to shine in His grace and proclaim His majestic Name to all. Come and be blessed. “Know that the Lord is God. He made us, and we belong to Him; we are His people, the sheep of His pasture.” – Psalm 100:3 This invitation extends to you, to join us in fellowship and worship, as we navigate our spiritual journey together, under His guidance and love.

Rev Joseph Vasanth Sathyan

I’m Rev Joseph Vasanth Sathyan, currently Pastor-in-training, serving in Pasir Panjang Tamil Methodist Church.

Obeying God’s call, I pursued Theology at Trinity Theological College (Singapore) and graduated in 2020. After a brief time of ministry in Chennai, India, I came back to Singapore in August 2023 to serve in ETAC. Until 2025 I served at Tamil Methodist Church Short Street.

With a grateful heart, a humble mind, a surrendered life, and Christ at the center of it all, I have embarked on this new journey of pastoral ministry in ETAC. I trust God, in His grace, will guide me, lead me, and help me become a faithful servant in His vineyard.

I love music, and by His grace, I have produced a few Tamil Christian songs. When I have time, I enjoy writing and composing songs. I also cherish travelling with my family and watching my son’s favourite shows with him. My favourite sport is Cricket, and I have begun to follow Football closely now.

The best half of my life is Priya, with whom I’ve shared ten blessed years of marriage. Priya is a French teacher. We are blessed with a son, Jonathan (8yrs). Together, we find strength and joy in serving the Lord.
